| How early should I register? | ||
| Missouri State University's Jim D. Morris Center for Continuing Education accepts registrations with payment up until the day of the course if space is available. However, classes often fill up quickly after a brochure is mailed, so it is best to register as soon as possible. The registration office will also place your name on a waiting list if a class is full and will contact you if someone cancels. | ||
| Why should I register early? | ||
| • You will receive a map and
a parking permit in the mail about a week before the class. • You will ensure your space in the class. |

||

Do I have to follow the prerequisites?
How do I know what "equivalent experience" is? Many courses in this catalog list prerequisites or "equivalent experience". This is because our classes are designed in sequence and the instructor for a course will assume you have mastered the skills from the previous course in the sequence. Occasionally, some students will have extensive experience and will be able to skip a prior course. Please call (417) 836-6660 and ask to speak to the coordinator of your course. |
