| Payment policy for Missouri State University Camp Bear | |||||||||||||||||||
| We require full payment for each week a minimum of seven (7) days in advance. Payment in full for the entire summer is accepted. Individual cancellations must be received in writing no later than 7 days prior to the start of each week of classes to ensure a full refund minus a 15% processing fee. Transfers from one week will be allowed without penalty as long as space is available. Cancellations after the 7 day deadline will be no refunds for students who voluntarily withdraw for any reason before the end of the class week or who are asked to leave for disciplinary reasons. Missouri State University reserves the right to cancel classes. The $75.00 minimum fee in not refundable. | |||||||||||||||||||

Due to limited class sizes and high demand for Camp Bear, payments must be made in accordance with the payment policy. If payment for classes is not received by the due date, the camper may be dropped and replaced with someone from the waiting list. |
